Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day. 

 

Order Processing, Cancelation & Changes:

All Orders take up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility. This is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays. During promotions, orders may take an additional time to process. 


All orders, once placed, are finalized and products cannot be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered, but not guaranteed.

Orders in Cyprus: 

All Cyprus packages are sent by our chosen carriers, ACS courier or Akis Express courier. For more information about the delivery process of these couriers, you can contact them. 

Miracle Official is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all sends. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or damaged, please contact miracleofficial.com within 7 days from the last scanned date. All issues must be resolved within 14 business days of original contact.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. miracleofficial.com is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages, and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. miracleofficial.com reserves the right to charge an additional fee for resending any packages that are lost or returned to our shop.

International Orders:

All international standard shipping is handled by Cyprus Post and may be delivered either to the recipient’s home or to the nearest local post office, depending on the destination country’s postal service. Priority shipping is managed through Cyprus EMS Datapost and is typically delivered directly to the recipient by the local postal service.

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Miracle Official does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duties and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country. If you receive any damaged discounted products, please contact us at miracleofficialcy@gmail.com. If the product is confirmed as damaged, miracleofficial.com will arrange a replacement. All shipments for replacement items will follow the same shipping method selected during the original order. Shipping upgrades are not available unless the customer pays the additional cost.
