RETURN POLICY
Miracle Official offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will give you store credit for the amount of all unused, unopened products. You can request it within 14 business days from the delivery of the order.
Please note, the shipping fee for an order is non-refundable, and the products should be returned. The delivery fee is the buyer's responsibility.
Return Qualifications:
· Order must be purchased from miracleofficial.com.
· Products that are unused and unopened are eligible for a return.
· No visible signs of use or any discrepancy with the product.
· Products must be in original packaging.
· Gift Sets and Kits must be returned in full.
· Final Sale Items cannot be returned.
Returns for CY Customers
Miracle Official wants to make returns as simple as possible! Orders can be send to ACS courier Larnaca main shop or the Limassol Omonoia shop. A 5€ Shipping and Handling fee is applied to all CY Orders, or 7€ for replacement orders.
Step 1: Contact the customer service via email/instagram/viber to request a return. Provide your order number and reason for return. Please allow 2-4 business days (additional time may be needed during weekends or holidays) for a return specialist to review your request. If your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. If your request is rejected, we will explain the reason for it.
Step 2: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and send the order to the ACS courier - Larnaca Main Shop or Limassol Omonoia shop. Please ensure your order invoice/receipt is included in the package.
Step 3: Once we receive the returned items, we will confirm that they meet the return policy and requirements and then process your return request. We can send you a replacement product or provide store credit.
Returns for International Customers
Step 1: Contact the customer service via email/instagram/viber to request a return. Provide your order number and reason for return. Please allow 2-4 business days (additional time may be needed during weekends or holidays) for a return specialist to review your request. If your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. If your request is rejected, we will explain the reason for it.
Step 2: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back by post. We recommend choosing a trackable service for the package. Please keep the postal carrier receipt for reference. All return packages should be sent to the following address:

Step 3: Once we receive the returned items, we will confirm that it meets the return policy and requirements and then process your return request. We can send you a replacement product or issue a refund. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. The return will be processed within 2-4 business days from the date we received the package.
Please note that the shipping for returns is the responsibility of the buyer.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive any damaged or defective products, please address your concern to miracleofficialcy@gmail.com or through instagram with the customer name, order number, and photo of the damaged or defective product(s) within 14 days from receipt date. Miracle Official can only accept orders placed on miracleofficial.com. If Miracle Official considers the items damaged or defective, the product will be replaced or you can request store credit or a refund. If the issue is addressed after 14 days, the item is not eligible for replacement/ store credit/ refund. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer.
The shipping option chosen for the first order will apply to the shipments of the replacement items. We will not upgrade shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from the customer.
Mistake Orders
If your package is incomplete, please send a photo of your entire order, including the packing slip, to miracleofficialcy@gmail.com or Instagram within 2 days from the delivery date. Once confirmed by Miracle Official, the missing item(s) will be replaced by miracleofficial.com. After the given timeframe, Miracle Official is subject to denying the mistake inquiry.
